Amends the Illinois Municipal Code. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning definitions.

	Deletes reference to:
	65 ILCS 5/1-1-2

	Adds reference to:
	65 ILCS 5/3.1-35-90	from Ch. 24, par. 3.1-35-90

Deletes everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Illinois Municipal Code. Requires that the municipal clerk attend all meetings of the corporate authorities including executive sessions, except if the clerk is the subject of the meeting and the clerk's presence creates a conflict of interest. Effective immediately.
