Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the County Care for Persons with Developmental Disabilities Act. Provides that any county board for the care and treatment of persons with a developmental disability shall consist of 5 members (instead of 3). Specifies the terms of the members of the board. Effective immediately.

House Committee Amendment No. 1
Deletes everything after the enacting clause. Amends the County Care for Persons with Developmental Disabilities Act. Provides that the county board of any county with a 3-member county board for care and treatment of persons with a developmental disability may provide that that board shall consist of 5 members. Sets forth the terms of the additional members. Effective immediately.
