State Mandates Fiscal Note (Dept. of Commerce & Economic Opportunity)
This bill does not create a State mandate. |
Fiscal Note (Dept. of Children & Family Services)
The practices which the legislation now intends to require have no fiscal impact, as they are currently in place, whether they involve development of standards, training, provider compliance, or medication review. However, DCFS and the University of Illinois are continuing to work on additional areas of policy including: reasonable controls, psychiatric medication protocols, and authorizations & prescriptions for 18-21 year old wards. Consequently, these further developments may be affected by future amendments to this legislation. If these additional changes take place, further review would be needed to assess any fiscal impact. |
