Amends the Local Governmental Acceptance of Credit Cards Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning liability of local governmental employees.

Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Joliet Regional Port District Act. Provides that the Joliet Regional Port District Board shall consist of 10 members (now, 9 members). Provides that the new member shall be appointed by the President of the Village of Romeoville with the advice and consent of the corporate authorities of the Village of Romeoville. Makes conforming changes. Effective immediately.
