Synopsis As Introduced
Creates the Illinois Task Force on Workplace Bullying. Provides that the Task Force shall study workplace bullying in the private sector and the impacts of that conduct and shall submit a report to the General Assembly by December 1, 2010.

House Committee Amendment No. 1
Amends the House Joint Resolution. Provides that the Illinois Legislative Task Force on Workplace Bullying shall receive administrative support from the Department of Human Services (instead of receive the assistance of legislative staff), may employ skilled experts with the approval of the Speaker of the House and the President of the Senate, and shall report its findings to the General Assembly on or before December 1, 2010.
