Synopsis As Introduced
Resolves that the Department of Healthcare and Family Services examine the methods by which a recipient, or his or her designee, while still living, can be provided with timely notice of goods or services provided to the recipient under the medical assistance program.

Replaces everything after the title with substantially similar provisions, except adds references concerning medical services other than nursing home care, Medicaid recipients, and the possibility of error or misuse or abuse of the system.
