Recognizes the 91st anniversary of the original founding of Beta Rho Chapter of Theta Chi Fraternity and the 50th and 30th anniversaries of its 2 most recent chapter houses, commends all Beta Rho of Theta Chi brothers, past and present, for their bond of friendship, common ideals and beliefs, and service to their communities, and designates October 9, 2010 as Beta Rho of Theta Chi Day in the State of Illinois.
