Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Compensation Review Act. Requires the Compensation Review Board to vote separately on compensation for judges and to file separate reports for (i) judges and (ii) all other positions. Requires that the General Assembly may disapprove a report only by a resolution and vote separate from a resolution and vote, if any, disapproving the other report.

20 ILCS 2407/60 new

Deletes everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Disabilities Services Act of 2003. Creates the Rapid Reintegration Pilot Program to demonstrate that, with appropriate support and services, individuals with physical disabilities, individuals with mental illness, and individuals age 65 and older who need a short-term, placement in a nursing facility can successfully return to the community without institutionalization. Effective immediately.
