Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Illinois Municipal Code. Authorizes the Board of Directors of a municipal electric power agency and a municipal natural gas agency to determine and designate in their respective agency's bylaws the titles for the "presiding officers" of the Board of Directors (now, president and vice-president). Provides that the Board of Directors may select the titles for their respective agency's officers, employees, and agents. Deletes the requirement that at the first meeting of each fiscal year the Board of Directors elect certain officers.
