Amends the State Finance Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the Budget Stabilization Fund.

Senate Floor Amendment No. 1

	Deletes reference to:
	30 ILCS 105/6z-51

	Adds reference to:
	30 ILCS 105/8.47

Deletes everything after the enacting clause. Amends the State Finance Act. Deletes a provision that provided for the transfer into certain specified funds of amounts that had been transferred from those funds into the FY09 Budget Relief Fund. Specifies that those transfers were already made under Public Act 95-1030 and that it is not the intent of the General Assembly to duplicate those transfers. Also makes technical changes. Effective immediately.
