Amends the Township Code. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning contracts relating to insurance.

Senate Floor Amendment No. 1

	Deletes reference to:

	Adds reference to:
	65 ILCS 5/1-1-11 new

Deletes everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Illinois Municipal Code. Authorizes a municipality to enter into voluntary agreements with the owners of property within the municipality to provide for contractual assessments to finance the installation of distributed generation renewable energy sources or energy efficiency improvements that are permanently fixed to real property.
