Amends the Northeastern Illinois University Law. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the Board of Trustees.

Deletes everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Task Force on Higher Education Private Student Loans. Changes the short title to the Task Force on Higher Education Private Student Loans Act. Provides that it is the expectation of the General Assembly that institutions of higher learning in this State comply with reasonable requests from the Task Force on Higher Education Private Student Loans or its support staff for aggregated data relevant to the purposes of the Task Force. Requires the Task Force to file a report with the General Assembly by December 31, 2011 instead of December 31, 2010. Provides that the Act is repealed on January 1, 2012 instead of January 1, 2011. Effective immediately.
