Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Department of Natural Resources Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning definitions.

Senate Floor Amendment No. 1
Deletes reference to:
20 ILCS 801/1-10
Adds reference to:
15 ILCS 405/21from Ch. 15, par. 221

Deletes everything after the enacting clause. Amends the State Comptroller Act. Authorizes the Comptroller, under certain circumstances, to adopt rules or regulations authorizing the Comptroller to periodically advance funds to the Department of Natural Resources (i) to pay out cash prizes associated with competitions held at the World Shooting and Recreational Complex, (ii) to purchase awards associated with competitions held at the World Shooting and Recreational Complex, (iii) to pay State and national membership dues associated with competitions held at the World Shooting and Recreational Complex, and (iv) to pay State and national membership target fees associated with competitions held at the World Shooting and Recreational Complex (now, only (i) and (ii) are authorized). Prohibits the advancing of more than $250,000 in any fiscal year. Effective immediately.
