Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Election Code. Permits a person to request and vote an absentee ballot without specifying a reason for the absence from the polling place on election day. Effective immediately.

Senate Floor Amendment No. 1
Reinstates provisions concerning assistance in marking the absentee ballot of a physically incapacitated voter. Corrects typographical errors.
