Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Public Library District Act of 1991. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the establishment of library districts and libraries.

Senate Floor Amendment No. 1

	Deletes reference to:
	75 ILCS 16/1-10

	Adds reference to:
	65 ILCS 5/11-135-4.5 new

Deletes everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Illinois Municipal Code. Provides that, from time to time, a commission may, after meeting certain conditions, issue alternate bonds as authorized under the Local Government Debt Reform Act. Effective immediately.
