Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Code of Civil Procedure. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning nonjoinder and misjoinder of parties.

Senate Floor Amendment No. 1

	Deletes reference to:
	735 ILCS 5/2-407

	Adds reference to:
	735 ILCS 30/25-5-30 new

Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Eminent Domain Act. Grants quick-take eminent domain powers until December 31, 2011, to the Village of Johnsburg for the construction of a METRA rail station and rail storage yard. Effective immediately.

House Committee Amendment No. 1
Further amends the Eminent Domain Act. Provides that the quick-take proceedings may be used for a period of no longer than one year after the effective date (instead of until December 31, 2011).
