Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Modifies the definition of a "nondivisible load or vehicle" to include a shipping container destined for international shipment or inbound from a foreign country for domestic delivery.

Senate Committee Amendment No. 1
Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Modifies the definition of a "nondivisible load or vehicle" to include a sealed shipping container destined for international shipment or inbound from a foreign country for domestic delivery. Provides that appropriate confirming documentation must accompany such a load and be available for inspection by law enforcement officials.
