Amends the Counties Code. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

55 ILCS 5/3-5018from Ch. 34, par. 3-5018

Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Counties Code. Provides that for non-certified copies of records, a county recorder shall receive an amount not to exceed one-half of the amount of the fee for certified copies, according to a standard scale of fees, established by the county board and made public. Effective immediately.

Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Illinois Municipal Code. Sets forth methods that may be considered to determine the fair cash market value of waterworks and sewerage system facilities. Provides that consideration may be given to the depreciated value of all facilities and fixtures constructed by the utility company and payments made by the utility company in connection with the acquisition or donation of any waterworks or sanitary sewage system. Effective immediately.
