Synopsis As Introduced
Encourages the General Assembly to promptly review and evaluate the Report on Waiver of School Code Mandates filed by the State Board of Education to determine if the Report should be disapproved in whole or in part.

Senate Floor Amendment No. 1
Replaces the provisions of the resolved clause of the resolution as introduced with provisions disapproving (or partially disapproving) certain school district requests for waivers made under Section 2-3.25g of the School Code relating to the limitation of administrative costs, driver education - behind-the-wheel instruction, and driver education - fee limits.
