    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 80 as follows:

on page 24, line 7, by replacing "separate budget that shows"

with "report listing"; and

on page 24, line 7, by deleting "all"; and

on page 24, line 8, after "State", by inserting the following:

", including without limitation the appropriation necessary to

fully fund the foundation level of support and general State 
9
aid under Section 18-8.05 of this Code, as recommended by the 
10
Education Funding Advisory Board, the shortfall of costs and 
11
reimbursement for providing special education services as 
12
required by Section 2-3.145 of this Code, and school building 
13
capital and maintenance needs as reported on the Capital Needs 
14
Assessment Survey"; and
