| AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 277

| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 277 on page 1, after |

| line 9, by inserting the following: |
| 4 |
| ""Healthcare facility" means an assisted living facility, |
| 5 |
| home health agency, hospice, physician practice, |
| 6 |
| rehabilitation facility, or long-term care facility."; and
|
| 7 |
| on page 2, line 5, by replacing "any person" with "a healthcare |
| 8 |
| facility"; and
|
| 9 |
| on page 4, by replacing lines 1 through 15 with the following:

| "Section 30. Immunity. A pharmacist or other health care |
| 11 |
| professional working in a pharmacy participating in the program |
| 12 |
| dispensing, furnishing, or otherwise providing in good faith |
| 13 |
| without fee or compensation donated prescription drugs to |
| 14 |
| eligible individuals under this Act shall not be subject to |
| 15 |
| professional or civil liability, except for willful or wanton |
