AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 278

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 278 as follows:

on page 1, line 4, by replacing "$1,000,000" with "$1,500,000"; and

on page 1, line 7, by replacing "for a" with "and Southern Illinois University for"; and

on page 1, line 8, by replacing "program" with "programs"; and

on page 1, line 9, after "University", by inserting "and for funding forensic psychiatry fellowship training programs at the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Peoria and Northwestern University pursuant to cooperative agreements that the University of Illinois at Chicago and Southern Illinois University may enter into with the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Peoria or Northwestern University or both.".
