on page 18, line 17 by replacing “4,200,000” with “4,000,000”; and

on page 18, line 19 by replacing “4,200,000” with “4,000,000”; and

on page 18, line 22 by replacing “4,200,000” with “4,000,000”; and

on page 19, line 3 by replacing “4,200,000” with “4,000,000”; and

on page 19, immediately below line 21, by inserting

“Quincy Metropolitan Exposition, Auditorium and Office Building Authority  800,000”; and

on page 166, line 19, after “Yards”, by inserting “Neighborhood Council”; and

on page 233, line 6, by replacing “Aztlan” with “Esperanza”
