AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 391

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 391, AS AMENDED, by deleting everything after the enacting clause and replacing it with the following:

    “Section 5. The sum of $2, or so much as thereof may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Illinois State Board of Education for its ordinary and contingent expenses.

    Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect immediately.”.
