| 3 | deleting lines 18 through 22; and

| 4 | on page 8, immediately below line 11, by inserting the | ||||||
| 5 | following: | ||||||
| 6 | "No officer, board, commission, or other public entity who | ||||||
| 7 | receives technical submissions shall accept for filing or | ||||||
| 8 | approval any technical submissions relating to services | ||||||
| 9 | requiring the involvement of an architect that do not bear the | ||||||
| 10 | seal and signature of an architect licensed under this Act.".
