| changing Section 5-5.04 as follows:

| Sec. 5-5.04. Persons living with HIV/AIDS. The The |

| Department of Public Aid may seek federal approval to expand |

| access to health care for persons living with HIV/AIDS. |

| Implementation of this Section is subject to appropriation.
