| 7 | Sec. 5-5.04. Persons living with HIV/AIDS. The The | ||||||
| 8 | Department of Public Aid may seek federal approval to expand | ||||||
| 9 | access to health care for persons living with HIV/AIDS. | ||||||
| 10 | Implementation of this Section is subject to appropriation.
