Appropriates $25,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for all costs and expenses associated with the Employer Training Investment Program (ETIP). Effective July 1, 2009.

AN ACT making appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The amount of $25,000,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for all costs and expenses associated with the Employer Training Investment Program (ETIP) pursuant to, without limitation, Sections 605-800 and 605-802 of the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois (20 ILCS 605/605-800 and 605-802).
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2009.
