| 3 | replacing lines 8 through 11 with the following: | ||||||
| 4 | "fireman must provide proof of insurance for the period of time | ||||||
| 5 | that the fireman was no longer in active service and must pay | ||||||
| 6 | the cost of the insurance premium consistent with any | ||||||
| 7 | applicable local collective bargaining agreement or in | ||||||
| 8 | accordance with this Code.".
