Appropriates $1,600,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois for the Hispanic Center of Excellence at the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Medicine, Department of Medical Education. Effective July 1, 2009.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The amount of $1,600,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois for the Hispanic Center of Excellence at the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Medicine, Department of Medical Education.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2009.
