AN ACT concerning appropriations.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The sum of $325,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Public Health for a grant to Access DuPage.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2009.
