| line 26 on page 2 through line 3 on page 4 with the following:

| "(2) A cross-connection control ordinance, tariff, or |

| required condition for service that includes a plumbing |
| 6 |
| code at least as stringent as the Illinois Plumbing Code |

| but that does not expand the definition of "plumbing" as |
| 8 |
| defined in the Illinois Plumbing License Law.".
