1 | AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1074

2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1074 on page 4, by | ||||||
3 | inserting immediately below line 20 the following: | ||||||
4 | " (f) An employer is not civilly or criminally liable for an | ||||||
5 | act or omission by an employee who has been issued a | ||||||
6 | certificate of relief from disabilities, except for a willful | ||||||
7 | or wanton act by the employer in hiring the employee who has | ||||||
8 | been issued a certificate of relief from disabilities. "; and

9 | on page 5, by inserting immediately below line 25 the | ||||||
10 | following: | ||||||
11 | " (c) An employer is not civilly or criminally liable for an | ||||||
12 | act or omission by an employee who has been issued a | ||||||
13 | certificate of good conduct, except for a willful or wanton act | ||||||
14 | by the employer in hiring the employee who has been issued a | ||||||
15 | certificate of good conduct. ".
