| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |

| represented in the General Assembly:

| Section 5. The School Code is amended by changing Section |

| 2-3.25j as follows:
|

| Sec. 2-3.25j. Implementation. Commencing with the

| 1992-93 school year and
thereafter the provisions of this |

| amendatory Act and any rules adopted
hereunder shall be |

| implemented on a schedule identified by the State Board

| Education and incorporated as an integral part of the |
| 12 |
| recognition
process of the State Board of Education. |
