| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |

| represented in the General Assembly:

| Section 5. The Toll Highway Act is amended by changing |
| 5 |
| Section 26 as follows:
|

| Sec. 26.
Any person who violates any resolution, rule or |

| regulation, adopted or
promulgated by the
