    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Illinois Governmental Ethics Act is amended 
5
by changing Section 1-110 as follows:

    (5 ILCS 420/1-110)  (from Ch. 127, par. 601-110)

    Sec. 1-110. 
"Lobbyist" means any person required to be 
8
registered under
"An Act concerning lobbying and
and providing 
9
a penalty for violation thereof",
approved July 10, 1957, as 
10
amended.
