    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Illinois Securities Law of 1953 is amended

by changing Section 2 as follows:

    Sec. 2. Definitions. As used in this Act, unless the

context otherwise
requires, the terms defined in the Sections

of this Act that precede
