| 1 | AN ACT concerning civil law.

| 2 | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

| 3 | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | Section 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the | ||||||
| 5 | Official United States Flag Act. | ||||||
| 6 | Section 5. Flying the United States flag at public | ||||||
| 7 | facilities. Each agency of the State government and each unit | ||||||
| 8 | of local government shall ensure that each United States flag | ||||||
| 9 | that is flown at each building, structure, or facility that is | ||||||
| 10 | owned or occupied entirely by the agency of the State | ||||||
| 11 | government or unit of local government is manufactured in the | ||||||
| 12 | United States. | ||||||
