| AN ACT concerning education.

| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|

| represented in the General Assembly:
|

| Section 5. The School Code is amended by adding Sections |

| 10-20.46 and 34-18.37 as follows:
|

| (105 ILCS 5/10-20.46 new) |
| 7 |
| Sec. 10-20.46. Press boxes; accessibility. A school board |
| 8 |
| does not have to comply with the Illinois Accessibility Code |
| 9 |
| (71 Ill. Adm. Code 400) with respect to accessibility to press |
| 10 |
| boxes that are 1,000 square feet or less and that are on school |
| 11 |
| property.
