AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1526

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1526, AS AMENDED,

with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No. 
4
1, on page 6, line 22, by replacing "is engaged" with "is 
5
primarily engaged"; and

on page 7, line 19, by replacing "2,000" with "1,000"; and

on page 8, immediately below line 22, by inserting the 
8
following:

    "(5)  If a Taxpayer who meets the requirements of 
10
subparagraph (a) of paragraph (1) of this subsection (f) elects 
11
to claim the Credit against its withholdings as provided in 
12
this subsection (f), then, on and after the date of the 
13
election, the terms of the Agreement between the Taxpayer and 
14
the Department may not be further amended during the term of 
15
the Agreement.".
