    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Counties Code is amended by changing Section 
5
1-2002 as follows:

    Sec. 1-2002. Notice of election. In addition to the
the

requirements of
the general election law, notices of such 
9
election shall contain a
description of the territory proposed 
10
to be transferred, and the names of
the counties from and to 
11
which such transfer is intended to be made.
