| AN ACT concerning education.
|

| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 |
| represented in the General Assembly:
|
| 4 |
| Section 5. The University of Illinois Trustees Act is |
| 5 |
| amended by changing Section 5 as follows:
|

| Sec. 5.
The
The trustees of the said University shall |

| elect, annually, from
their own number, a president; and no |

| money shall be drawn from
the treasury of the University, |

the said board, countersigned by the recording |
