| AN ACT concerning transportation.

| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 |
| represented in the General Assembly:
|

| Section 5. The Illinois Aeronautics Act is amended by |
| 5 |
| changing Section 8 as follows:
|

| Sec. 8.
"Restricted area" or "restricted landing area" |

| means any area of
land, water, or both, which is used or is |
