| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |

| represented in the General Assembly:

| Section 5. The Minimum Wage Law is amended by changing |
| 5 |
| Section 15 as follows:
|

If any provision of this Act or the

| application thereof to any person,
employer, occupation or |

| circumstance is held invalid, the remainder of this

| occupations, or circumstances are not affected thereby. |
