AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2263




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2263, AS AMENDED, as 
3follows:
 
4by replacing the introductory clause of Section 10 with the 
5following:
 
6    "Section 10. The Illinois State Collection Act of 1986 is 
7amended by renumbering and changing Section 9 added by Public 
8Act 96-1383 and Section 9 added by Public Act 96-1435 as 
9follows:"; and
 
10in Section 10, in renumbered Sec. 10.2, immediately below 
11subsec. (b-5), by inserting the following:
 
12    "(b-10) The requirements of subsection (b) do not apply to 
13a deferred payment plan entered into by the Illinois Department 
14of Transportation or to debts owed to the Illinois Department

1of Transportation for deposit into  the Road Fund."; and
 
2by inserting at the end of the bill the following:


 
3    "Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on 
4January 1, 2011.".
