AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2298

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2298 on page 13,

line 24, by inserting after "probation" the following:

"of any first time offender only"; and

on page 14, line 14, by replacing "first degree murder" with 
6
"any homicide, use of a deadly weapon,"; and
 
7
on page 15, line 5, by inserting after the period the 
8
following:

"However, nothing in this paragraph (10) prohibits the judge, 
10
State's Attorney, or minor from reviewing the juvenile record 
11
of the minor, including the proceedings that resulted in the 
12
vacation of the finding of delinquency.".
