AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2314

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2314 by replacing everything after the enacting clause with the following:

    “Section 5.  The amount of $2, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the General Assembly for its ordinary and contingent expenses.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2009.".
