AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2377

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2377 on page 2, by 
3
replacing lines 3 through 7 with the following:

        "(5) The bidder must have a valid certificate of 
5
    insurance showing the following coverages: general 
6
    liability including product and completed operations 
7
    liability, professional liability that applies  only to 
8
    design professionals, worker's compensation, and 
9
    automobile."; and

on page 2, immediately below line 12, by inserting the 
11
following:

        "(7) No later than 90 days before a solicitation for 
13
    bids subject to this Act, the bidder and all bidder's 
14
    subcontractors must have in place a substance abuse testing 
15
    program unless a substance abuse testing program is 
16
    specifically addressed under a collective bargaining 
17
    agreement.".
