Appropriates $10,000,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, from the Capital Development Fund to the Capital Development Board for a grant to the Village of Tinley Park for transportation projects. Effective July 1, 2009.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
The amount of $10,000,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, from the Capital Development Fund to the Capital Development Board for a grant to the Village of Tinley Park for transportation projects.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2009.
