AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2394

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2394 on page 32,

line 1, immediately before "Notwithstanding", by inserting 
4
"(p-1)"; and

on page 32, by replacing line 12 with the following:
6
    "(q) "Redevelopment project costs", except for 
7
redevelopment project areas created pursuant to subsection 
8
(p-1), mean and include the sum"; and
 
9
on page 50, immediately below line 1, by inserting the 
10
following:

    "(q-1) For redevelopment project areas created pursuant to 
12
subsection (p-1), "redevelopment project costs" are limited to 
13
those costs in paragraph (q) that are related to the existing 
14
or proposed Regional Transportation Authority Suburban Transit 
15
Access Route (STAR Line) station."; and
