| AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2409

| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2409 on page 3, by |

| replacing lines 24 through 26 with the following: "any public |

| project which shall not be subject to the competitive bidding |
| 5 |
| requirements of this Section provided the Board of Trustees |
| 6 |
| approves the contract for the public project by a vote of 4 of |
| 7 |
| the 5 trustees. For the purposes of this Section, |
| 8 |
| "design-build" means".
