| 4 | project which shall not be subject to the competitive bidding | ||||||
| 5 | requirements of this Section provided the Board of Trustees | ||||||
| 6 | approves the contract for the public project by a vote of 4 of | ||||||
| 7 | the 5 trustees. For the purposes of this Section, | ||||||
| 8 | "design-build" means".
